Gurley Leep Auto Campus

Groundbreaking Ceremony

Big things are coming to the greater Michiana area! On April 27, 2026, we broke ground on something we've been dreaming about for a long time, the Gurley Leep Auto Campus. Located at the corner of Cleveland Road and Capital Avenue, this 70-acre development will bring together 10 leading automotive brands into a single, thoughtfully designed campus. Set to open in October 2027, Our Auto Campus not only marks our 50th anniversary as a company, but is more fittingly a celebration for our guests, our team members and the communities that have supported us and made this possible for nearly 50 years.

"Growth only matters when it creates positive impact. This auto campus will allow us to better serve our guests, expand career opportunities for our team members, and strengthen the community through job creation and giving back. This move in 2027 will be a fitting celebration of our 50th year serving Michiana."

Forefront of Automotive Retail Design

The new dealership buildings will feature the latest brand elements and facility designs. Bringing each brand to life in a modern, immersive way. We are among the first dealership groups to adopt the new design standards for Subaru and General Motors (Buick, GMC, & Cadillac). Across the campus, these environments reflect our future in automotive retail, with a focus on thoughtful design, an enhanced guest experience, and a stronger connection to each brand.
