Who may participate: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age as of August 1, 2008. Employees, officers, and directors of Gurley Leep ('Sponsor') and the South Bend Professional Baseball Club, LLC are not eligible to participate.
How to enter: On-line method: During the Sweepstakes Period visit www.gurleyleep.com, click on the Silver Hawk For A Day button, complete the on-line registration form with your name, address, city, state, zip/postal code, daytime phone number, date of birth, email address, and agree that you have read these Official Rules and click 'submit'. You also may obtain an official registration form from the South Bend Silver Hawks ticket office. Registration forms will be available April 2, 2008 – August 1, 2008.
Limit one entry per person/per household/per email address regardless of method of entry, and regardless of whether one person has more than one email address or more than one person uses the same email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 31, 2008.
Winning: On or around August 1, 2008 one winner will be selected at random from all entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify winner by phone and/or e-mail on or around August 1,2008 . Selection of winner is binding. The winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for a prize.
Odds of winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Conditions and Limitation of Liability: Entrants, by participating in this Sweepstakes, agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, and agree release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, The South Bend Professional Baseball Club, LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the 'Releasees') from any and all liability for any losses or damages of any kind to persons and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
